Bass Fishing Tip of the Week 08/10/08: Bass Fishing BasicsBass fishing is an outdoor recreational sports for people of all ages and gender. This sports has gained huge popularity in the last decade as it now has national and international attention through television broadcasts. These broadcasts not only include "how to" fishing shows but special bass fishing tournament events as well. Being successful in bass fishing is not an easy task. Athletic prowess is not the only factor in a successful bass fishing outing. Fishermen must learn special techniques, obtain knowledge about the body of water they are fishing as well as knowing what the fish are biting. I recently published a "Knol" in Google called "Bass Fishing". This Knol (Google defines it as a "Unit of Knowledge") gives the beginning angler a basic understanding of the sport and how to become more successful in doing more catching with less fishing.
