Interview with Jason Bennett from the "Last One Standing" on Florida Bass Fishing!
As promised, Jason Bennett provided my son Tom Bruessow an interview on Florida Bass Fishing. Great guy who loves his BMX sport and the great outdoors. Let's start: Tom: Jason, How long have you been doing BMX? Jason: 13 years. Tom: That's pretty long, how long have you been fishing? Jason: Since I was 3 years old. Tom: What's your favorite fish to catch? Jason: Amberjack because they give a real good fight. Tom: That's saltwater, do you like bass fishing? Jason: Of course. Tom: What's your favorite bass lure? Jason: A Big- O. Tom: How about your favorite fishing rig, is it spinning or baitcasting? Jason: Baitcaster. Tom: Where's your favorite fishing hole? Jason: A secret location in Sarasota, Florida. Tom: Hmmmmm. What's your favorite structure to fish? Jason: Deep water hydrilla. Tom: What's your favorite time of year to fish in Florida? Jason: The spring, I like phat bass. Tom: What was the most bass you caught in one day? Jason: 13 bass in 2 hours. Tom: Where did you catch them? Jason: Lake in Foxfire, Sarasota, Florida. Tom: What lure? Jason: The big O Tom: What is your largest bass? Jason: A 7 pounder on a live crawdad in a small pound in Sarasota. Tom: Thanks Jason, I'm sure my Dad will be happy.
